We share only the information needed with delivery providers and service providers that help us operate the website and fulfil orders. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising based on the website's current functionality.

The website uses essential cookies and browser storage to remember cookie acceptance, your shopping bag, and pending checkout progress. Clearing your browser storage may remove these saved choices. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this site.

We retain order and transaction records only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, provide warranty support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Retention periods may vary by record and jurisdiction.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not request or store wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Never share either one with us or anyone claiming to represent us.
